I am still editing lots of pictures and doing lots of other stuff, hence the slow down in blogging.

On new year eve, Malaika was down with fever.  Just when I thought the worst was over with Kelsey, the fever bug caught up again.  She was clingy and moody. Her cough was getting worse too.  Lots of phlegms. I wanted her to have afternoon nap, but she could not.  I think that’s why her fever lasted for almost a week – 6 days because she didn’t have enough rest.

I forbad Malaika of getting too close to my elder nephew, fearing that she would spread the germs.  Hence Kelsey was happy, goofing around with JY.

Since every family members were present (well, with exception of my father), we took a family photo.

At night, we walked to Jonker street.  It was crowded with people.

I bought Kelsey a toy gun with sound effect.  He loves it.

Even though she was tired and sick, yet she wanted to go to the hotel lounge to listen to live bands.  She ended up resting most of the time.

On 2nd day of CNY, there was a lion dance performance at the hotel.  They were running late.

At night, we had another feast.  CNY  means pigging out every day.

Then the kids played some firework.

On the 3rd day of CNY, I organised a high school besties reunion.  I met up with Daphne and Penny once in a while during all these years.  But it was the 1st time I met up with Melody after form 5, which was when we were 18 years old.
